HEL 92.1.7/RFP-luciferase stable cell line

HEL 92.1.7/RFP-luciferase cells are derived from the human colon cancer HEL 92.1.7 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive RFP and Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. The HEL 92.1.7 cell line is a valuable tool for understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) and for testing potential treatment. HEL 92.1.7/RFP-luciferase cells stably express RFP and Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
