SU-DHL-1/STAT3 Reporter (GFP-Luc) stable cell line

SU-DHL-1/STAT3 Reporter (GFP-Luc) cells are derived from the human histiocytic lymphoma SU-DHL-1 cell line by stably integration of a STAT3 GFP-firefly luciferase reporter construct. SU-DHL-1 cell line has a high proliferation rate and is used to study various aspects of lymphoma biology, including the mechanisms of tumor growth and the effects of treatments. SU-DHL-1/STAT3 Reporter (GFP-Luc) cells stably express GFP and firefly luciferase under the control of the STAT3 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT3 signaling pathway.
