NCI-H460/RFP-Luciferase stable cell line

NCI-H441/RFP-Luciferase cells are derived from the human NCI-H441 lung carcinoma cell line by stably integration of a constitutive RFP-Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. NCI-H441 cell line is a useful model for understanding the complexities of lung cancer and for the development of new therapeutic strategies. NCI-H441/RFP-Luciferse cells stably stably express RFP and Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
