PC-3/Luciferase stable cell line

PC-3/Luciferase cells are derived from the human prostate cancer PC-3 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. PC3 cells are known for being androgen-independent, making them a relevant model for studying advanced prostate cancer. PC-3/Luciferase cells stably express Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
