BW5147.G.1.4/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) stable cell line

BW5147.G.1.4/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells are derived from the mouse T cell lymphoma BW5147.G.1.4 cell line by stably integration of a STAT5 GFP reporter construct. BW5147.G.1.4 cells have been used in cancer research and drug development. BW5147.G.1.4/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells stably express GFP under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
