NCI-H1437/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) stable cell line
NCI-H1437/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human NCI-H1437 lung carcinoma cell line by stably integration of a NF-kB firefly luciferase reporter construct. NCI-H1437 cell line was derived from a patient with non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC), and is used extensively in cancer research, particularly for studies focused on lung cancer biology, drug development, and therapeutic responses. NCI-H1437/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the NF-kB response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
