HepG2/STAT5 Reporter (Luc) stable cell line
HepG2/STAT5 Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human hepatocarcinoma HepG2 cell line by stably integration of a STAT5 firefly luciferase reporter construct. The HepG2 cell line has been widely used as a model system in biomedical research, particularly in studies related to liver biology, drug metabolism, toxicology, hepatitis virus infection and liver cancer. HepG2/STAT5 Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
