MCA-205/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) stable cell line

MCA-205/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells are derived from the mouse fibrosarcoma cell line MCA-205 by stably integration of a STAT5 GFP reporter construct. MCA-205 cells are widely used for studying tumor-reactive T lymphocytes, the most critical requirement for adoptive immunotherapy. MCA-205/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells stably express GFP under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
