K-562/RFP-luciferase stable cell line

K-562/RFP-luciferase cells are derived from the human K-562 lymphoblast cell line by stably integration of a constitutive RGFP and Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. K-562 cell line was generated from chronic myelogenous leukemia, has been widely used in research to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying leukemia and to develop new treatment strategies. K-562/RFP-luciferase cells stably express RFP and Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
