KASUMI-1/RFP stable cell line

KASUMI-1/RFP cells are derived from the human KASUMI-1 myeloblast cell line by stably integration of a constitutive RFP stably expression construct. KASUMI-1 cell line was generated from acute myeloblastic leukemia, has been widely used in cancer research and drug development. KASUMI-1/RFP cells stably express RFP, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
