MIA PaCa-2/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) stable cell line
MIA PaCa-2/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human pancreas carcinoma MIA PaCa-2 cell line by stably integration of a NF-kB firefly luciferase reporter construct. MIA PaCa-2 cells are widely used to study pancreatic cancer biology and to evaluate the effectiveness of new drugs and targeted therapies for treating pancreatic cancer. MIA PaCa-2/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the NF-kB response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
