C6/RFP-luciferase stable cell line

C6/RFP-luciferase cells are derived from the rat C6 glioma cell line by stably integration of a constitutive RFP and Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. C6 cell line has been widely used for studying the molecular mechanisms underlying glioma development and progression, as well as for screening potential drugs for the treatment of gliomas. C6/RFP-luciferase cells stably express RFP and Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
