K7M2/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) stable cell line
K7M2/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells are derived from the mouse osteosarcoma K7M2 cell line by stably integration of a STAT5 GFP reporter construct. K7M2 cells are used to investigate the molecular mechanisms of osteosarcoma and to explore potential therapeutic approaches. The K7M2 cell line is known for its ability to metastasize to lungs, making it a relevant model for studying tumor metastasis. K7M2/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells stably express GFP under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
