JVM-13/Luciferase stable cell line

JVM-13/Luciferase cells are derived from the human lymphoblast cell line JVM-13 by stably integration of a constitutive firefly luciferase expression construct. JVM-13 cells have been widely used in cancer research and drug development. JVM-13/Luciferase cells stably express firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
