HPAF-II/RFP-luciferase stable cell line

HPAF-II/RFP-luciferase cells are derived from the human pancreas adenocarcinoma HPAF-II cell line by stably integration of a constitutive RFP and Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. HPAF-II cell line has been widely to study pancreatic cancer biology, test new drugs, and explore potential treatments. HPAF-II/RFP-luciferase cells stably express RFP and Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
