NCI-H292/STAT5 Reporter (Luc) stable cell line

NCI-H292/STAT5 Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human NCI-H292 lung carcinoma cell line by stably integration of a STAT5 firefly luciferase reporter construct. NCI-H292 cell line has been used for investigating cellular responses to different treatments, studying the mechanisms of cancer progression, and testing potential therapeutic agents. NCI-H292/STAT5 Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
