JVM-2/RFP-Luciferase stable cell line

JVM-2/RFP-luciferase cells are derived from the human lymphoblast cell line JVM-2 by stably integration of a constitutive RFP-firefly luciferase expression construct. JVM-2 cells have been used in cancer research and drug development. JVM-2/RFP-Luciferase cells stably express both RFP and firefly luciferase reporters, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
