C6/STAT3 Reporter (Luc) stable cell line

C6/STAT3 Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the rat C6 glioma cell line by stably integration of a STAT3 firefly luciferase reporter construct. C6 cell line has been widely used for studying the molecular mechanisms underlying glioma development and progression, as well as for screening potential drugs for the treatment of gliomas. C6/STAT3 Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the STAT3 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT3 signaling pathway.
