Colo 205/GFP-luciferase stable cell line

Colo205/GFP-luciferase cells are derived from the human colorectal adenocarcinoma Colo205 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive GFP and Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. The Colo205 cell line has been widely used in cancer research and drug development. Colo205/GFP-luciferase cells stably express GFP and Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
