786-O/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) stable cell line

786-O/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells are derived from the human renal cell carcinoma 786-O cell line by stably integration of a STAT5 GFP reporter construct. The 786-O cell line has been widely used in cancer research and drug development. 786-O /STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
