SW620/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) stable cell line
SW620/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human colon adenocarcinoma SW620 cell line by stably integration of a NF-kB firefly luciferase reporter construct. The SW620 cell line was derived from a lymph node metastasis of a primary colorectal adenocarcinoma. The SW620 cell line is known for its ability to mimic aspects of human colorectal cancer, including metastasis and response to certain therapies, making it a valuable model in the study of cancer biology and drug development. SW620/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the NF-kB response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
