HCT-15/RFP-luciferase stable cell line

HCT-15/RFP-luciferase cells are derived from the human colon cancer HCT-15 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive RFP and Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. The HCT-15 cell line has been extensively characterized and serves as a valuable tool for understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying colon cancer progression and for testing potential treatment. HCT-15/RFP-luciferase cells stably express RFP and Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
