FaDU SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (Luc) stable cell line

FaDU SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human pharyngeal squamous-cell carcinoma FaDU cell line by stably integration of a SMAD/TGFbeta firefly luciferase reporter construct. FaDu cells are widely used in cancer research, particularly in studies focused on head and neck cancers, including squamous cell carcinomas. FaDU SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the SMAD/TGFbeta response elements, can be used monitoring the activity of TGF?/SMAD signaling pathway.
