Colo 205/iRFP stable cell line

Colo205/iRFP cells are derived from the human colorectal adenocarcinoma Colo205 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive miRFP670 stably expression construct. The Colo205 cell line has been widely used in cancer research and drug development. Colo205/iRFP cells stably express miRFP670, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
