C2C12/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) stable cell line
C2C12/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the immortalized mouse myoblast cell line C2C12 by stably integration of a NF-kB firefly luciferase reporter construct. The C2C12 cell line has been widely used in cancer research and drug development. C2C12/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the EF1a promoter, can be used for monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
