UMUC3/RFP-Luciferase stable cell line

UMUC3/RFP-luciferase cells are derived from the human UMUC3 urinary bladder carcinoma cell line by stably integration of a constitutive RFP-firefly luciferase expression construct. UMUC3 cells are a powerful tool in bladder cancer research, providing insights into tumor biology, metastasis, and drug resistance, as well as serving as a model for testing new therapeutic strategies for bladder cancer treatment. UMUC3/RFP-Luciferase cells stably express both RFP and firefly luciferase reporters, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
