C6/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) stable cell line
C6/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the rat C6 glioma cell line by stably integration of a NF-kB firefly luciferase reporter construct. C6 cell line has been widely used for studying the molecular mechanisms underlying glioma development and progression, as well as for screening potential drugs for the treatment of gliomas. C6/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the NF-kB response elements, can be monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
