KG-1/Luciferase stable cell line

KG-1/Luciferase cells are derived from the human leukemia cell line KG-1 by stably integration of a constitutive firefly luciferase stably expression construct. KG-1 cell line was generated from human acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) . The KG-1 cells are mostly at the myeloblast or promyelocyte stage of maturation, and have been widely used in cancer, immunology, toxicology research and drug development. KG-1/Luciferase cells stably express firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
