Colo 205/Luciferase stable cell line

Colo205/Luciferase cells are derived from the human colorectal adenocarcinoma Colo205 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. The Colo205 cell line has been widely used in cancer research and drug development. Colo205/Luciferase cells stably express Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
