Mino/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) stable cell line

Mino/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) Mino cell line by stably integration of a NF-kB firefly luciferase reporter construct. Mino cell line is a valuable model to study mantle cell lymphoma cancer biology and to test new drugs and therapeutic approaches for treating mantle cell lymphoma. Mino/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the NF-kB response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
