IM-9/RFP-luciferase stable cell line

IM-9/GFP-luciferase cells are derived from the human B lymphoblast IM-9 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive GFP-firefly luciferase stably expression construct. IM-9 cells are widely used in research related to hematological malignancies and multiple myeloma, as well as drug development. IM-9/GFP-luciferase cells stably stably express GFP and firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
