Hep3B/RFP-luciferase stable cell line

Hep3B/RFP-luciferase cells are derived from the human Hep3B Hepatocellular carcinoma cell line by stably integration of a constitutive RFP and Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. The Hep3B cell line has been widely used in cancer research, particularly in studies related to liver cancer, and drug screening. Hep3B/RFP-luciferase cells stably express RFP and Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
