Panc 10.05 SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (Luc) stable cell line

Panc 10.05 SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human pancreas adenocarcinoma Panc 10.05 cell line by stably integration of a SMAD/TGFbeta firefly luciferase reporter construct. Panc 10.05 cells have been used in research to study the biology of pancreatic cancer, including tumor growth, metastasis, and responses to various therapies. Panc 10.05 SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the SMAD/TGFbeta response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of TGF?/SMAD signaling pathway.
