SUP-B15/Luciferase stable cell line

SUP-B15/Luciferase cells are derived from the human B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) cell line SUP-B15 by stably integration of a constitutive firefly luciferase expression construct. SUP-B15 is used in research to investigate the biology of B-cell leukemia, including cellular signaling pathways, mechanisms of drug resistance, and the effects of potential anti-leukemic drugs. SUP-B15/Luciferase cells stably express firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
