B16-F10/RFP-luciferase stable cell line

B16-F10/RFP-luciferase cells are derived from the mouse skin melanoma cell line B16-F10 by stably integration of a constitutive RFP and Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. B16-F10 cells have been used in cancer research and drug development. B16-F10/RFP-luciferase cells stably express RFP and Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
