PANC-1/STAT3 Reporter (Luc) stable cell line

PANC-1/STAT3 Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human pancreas adenocarcinoma PANC-1 cell line by stably integration of a STAT3 firefly luciferase reporter construct. PANC-1 cell line has been widely used to investigate signaling pathways and gene expression related to pancreatic cancer, study interactions between cancer cells and surrounding stromal cells, and assess the efficacy of chemotherapy and targeted therapies. PANC-1/STAT3 Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the STAT3 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT3 signaling pathway.
