Daoy/RFP stable cell line

Daoy/RFP cells are derived from the human primary medulloblastoma Daoy cell line by stably integration of a constitutive RFP stably expression construct. Daoy cells has been used as a model system to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying medulloblastoma development, progression, and response to treatment. Daoy/RFP cells stably express RFP, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
