RS4;11/iRFP stable cell line

RS4;11/iRFP cells are derived from the human RS4;11 lymphoblast cell line by stably integration of a constitutive miRFP670 expression construct. RS4;11 cell line was generated from acute lymphoblastic leukemia, has been widely used in cancer research and drug development. RS4;11/iRFP cells express miRFP670 under the control of the CMV promoter, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
