Panc 10.05/STAT3 Reporter (Luc) stable cell line

Panc 10.05/STAT3 Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human pancreas adenocarcinoma Panc 10.05 cell line by stably integration of a STAT3 firefly luciferase reporter construct. Panc 10.05 cells have been used in research to study the biology of pancreatic cancer, including tumor growth, metastasis, and responses to various therapies. Panc 10.05/STAT3 Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the STAT3 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT3 signaling pathway.
