RPMI-8226/RFP-Luciferase stable cell line

RPMI-8226/RFP-Luciferase cells are derived from the human myeloma RPMI-8226 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive RFP-Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. The RPMI-8226 cell line is a valuable tool for understanding multiple myeloma and developing new treatments, including CAR-T (chimeric antigen receptor T-cell) therapy. RPMI-8226/RFP-Luciferse cells stably stably express RFP and firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
