EMT6/iRFP stable cell line
EMT6/iRFP cells are derived from the mouse mammary carcinoma cell line EMT6 by stably integration of a constitutive miRFP670 stably expression construct. EMT6 cells are widely used as a model system in studies related to tumor biology, metastasis, and the development and evaluation of anticancer therapies. EMT6/iRFP cells stably express miRFP670, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
