MOLT-4/RFP-Luciferase stable cell line

MOLT-4/RFP-Luciferase cells are derived from the human B lymphoblast MOLT-4 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive RFP-Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. MOLT-4 cell line was generated from acute lymphoblastic leukemia, has been widely used in research to study leukemia biology, test new drugs, and explore mechanisms of drug resistance and cell signaling. MOLT-4/RFP-Luciferase cells stably stably express RFP and Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
