SU-DHL-1 SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (GFP-Luc) stable cell line
SU-DHL-1 SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (GFP-Luc) cells are derived from the human histiocytic lymphoma SU-DHL-1 cell line by stably integration of a SMAD/TGFbeta GFP-firefly luciferase reporter construct. SU-DHL-1 cell line has a high proliferation rate and is used to study various aspects of lymphoma biology, including the mechanisms of tumor growth and the effects of treatments. SU-DHL-1 SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (GFP-Luc) cells stably express GFP and firefly luciferase under the control of the SMAD/TGFbeta response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of TGF?/SMAD signaling pathway.
