LL/2/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) stable cell line

LL/2/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells are derived from the mouse LL/2 lung carcinoma cell line by stably integration of a STAT5 GFP reporter construct. LL/2 cell line is widely used as a model for metastasis and is useful for studying the mechanisms of cancer chemotherapeutic agents. LL/2/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells stably express GFP under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
