HEK293T/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) stable cell line

HEK293T/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cellss are derived from human embryonic kidney cell line HEK293T by stably integration of a NF-kB firefly luciferase reporter construct. HEK293T cells are widely used in biomedical research due to their robust growth, ease of transfection, and versatility in various experimental applications. HEK293T /NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the NF-kB response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
