OVCAR-3/iRFP stable cell line

OVCAR-3/iRFP cells are derived from the human ovarian adenocarcinoma cell line OVCAR-3 by stably integration of a constitutive miRFP670 stably expression construct. OVCAR-3 cells are known to express high levels of the estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR), are sensitive to hormones such as estradiol and progesterone, and have been used to investigate hormone-related signaling pathways and treatments. OVCAR-3/iRFP cells stably express miRFP670, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
