EMT6/Luciferase stable cell line
EMT6/Luciferase cells are derived from the mouse mammary carcinoma cell line EMT6 by stably integration of a constitutive Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. EMT6 cells are widely used as a model system in studies related to tumor biology, metastasis, and the development and evaluation of anticancer therapies. EMT6/Luciferase cells stably express Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
