U87-MG/Luciferase stable cell line

U87-MG/Luciferase cells are derived from the human glioblastoma cell line U87-MG by stably integration of a constitutive Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. U87-MG cells are used to study the biology of glioblastoma, the mechanisms involved in glioma progression and therapeutic resistance, as well as to evaluate new therapeutic strategies, including chemotherapies, gene therapies, and immunotherapies. U87-MG/Luciferase cells stably express Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
