EMT6/RFP-luciferase stable cell line

EMT6/RFP-luciferase cells are derived from the mouse mammary carcinoma cell line EMT6 by stably integration of a constitutive RFP and Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. EMT6 cells are widely used as a model system in studies related to tumor biology, metastasis, and the development and evaluation of anticancer therapies. EMT6/RFP-luciferase cells stably express RFP and Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
