HEK293/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) stable cell line

HEK 293/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human immortalized embryonic kidney cell line HEK 293 by stably integration of a NF-kB firefly luciferase reporter construct. HEK 293 cells have been widely used in cell biology research because of their reliable growth and propensity for transfection. HEK 293/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the NF-kB response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
